[@Marquise]He was co-made by BorntoBeBad, and another player. Ever since the first raid on Arce Bellum he was assumed dead but he was resurrected afterward by BorntoBeBad. He was placed down in the depths of the fortress to guard against invaders, and safe guard anything precious. He's one of the highest level NPC's. He wears dark robes, and a strange mask covers his face. Not much is known about the Grand Patriarch, or whatever I called him in the IC, except that he was described by BorntoBebad to been set to a much more somber, and cold individual but still loyal to the 'Empire'.
