[center][color=000000][b]Anything or Anyone that is on this list is to be treated as a serious threat. The rankings for this list will go from S (Being most dangerous) to D (Least Dangerous). Veteran Captains should only ever deal with S & A ranks, however can bring in lower ranking enemies. Captains should only ever deal with A ranks but can try S ranks but this is risky. Lieutenants should only ever deal with B & C ranks, to deal with higher for a Lieutenant would be considered almost suicidal. 3rd Seats should only ever deal with C ranks at most but mainly go for D ranks. 4th seats should only ever deal with D ranks. Remember some of these enemies are likely required to be captured unless stated otherwise[/b][/color][/center]
