[@Double] Spider-Bolt/Static-Spider sounds pretty cool, I could see the character being bitten by a spider that had been exposed to Quantum Vapor or something where he develops spider powers but also electromagnetic ones that allow him to have an electrical "sting" and an electromagnetic sixth sense that acts as his spider sense, as well as other powers that would be partly negated by water.
