That he gains power from his own blood but also loses power from bleeding is self defeating. It negates itself, so just say it's foreign blood that does it.

Secondly, I don't really see why a nigh impervious to all but melee attack demon knight would be attending school to become More Evil. I'm fine with OP characters but this seems like a Veteran who has already picked up everything they need, not someone still on the rode to mastery.
