Apologies for the delay on the IC. I know I said I would have it finished this previous weekend, but after writing a bunch of posts, I kind of got hit with an awkward slog and never managed to get around to posting. I'll be working on something in the next few minutes.

Also, outside those that I have knowledge about, I'll be closing this RP off to everyone else. I think we have a nice sized cast so far.
