I can definitely do that. As for the basic structure, does it make sense to have the Lord-Governor at the top and perhaps Catherine St.Claire and her two sisters as the ones actually pulling the strings? If anything, my character [i]might[/i] be savvy to anything they were doing since she is also a Vampire...
