"Halt, kind sir! You'll poke an eye out with that thing!" Mauk warned the newcomer, holding up his left hand in a "stop what you're doing" kind of pose. Apparently this man didn't have good manners at all because he unleashed three shots anyways. At least he wasn't attacking the civilian, who managed to dart to safety down another hallway with a panicked yelp. As for himself, despite being advanced he still couldn't underestimate a weapon no matter how puny it looked. The mechanics in his legs shifted into high gear to allow him to sidestep out of harms way of the first two shots, but the man was able to make somewhat of a correction and glanced the last laser off of Mauk's left shoulder, leaving a nice little burn mark. He did a quick system check, glad to see that he still had all of his functions. He put his focus on catching up to his retreating opponent. He knocked his metal hand against the side of the damaged door. "Anyone home?" He questioned, knowing the answer already. He surveyed his new surroundings. Nobody was alive besides the suspect. He could probably afford to let loose a little more then if the fight had continued out in public. He switched his arm cannon to the ice ball function so that he could freeze his opponent and not kill him or do permanent damage to any dead that may be resting within the coffins. They'd just have to thaw out a bit before the funeral service. Without knowing his exact position, he let loose a blast at a random coffin, then another, then another. Eventually he would get to the right one or his opponent would rush out to greet him.
