Kurisa shook his head as Kuroda claimed that he'd get his Shikai and Bankai before him, however now was not the time to be bickering. Following Kuroda into the Captains office, he gave a light bow to their Captain "[color=ed1c24]Captain...we've just returned from our mission in the Human World. I know we were told to contact the Squad when we had found the hollow we were looking for however we deemed the hollow to be far too dangerous to just let it run rampant. By the time back up had arrived, who knows what it would have done. I understand we may have disobeyed the mission order, but we made a call we felt was necessary in protecting the inhabitants of the human world...besides...the hollow was certainly no normal hollow, it fought with seemingly some for of intelligence, even learning as it fought us[/color]"

Akira was sat behind his desk, his Haori out in front of him, still covered in dirt from earlier on in the day. He listened as two of his subordinates entered the room and explained their mission to him, this made him rub the right side of his face with his right hand, letting out a sigh as they reported that they'd in fact killed it..."[b]I see...Regardless of what you two thought may have been the right call, we have these measures in place for a reason. In this instance, we were asked by Squad 12 to locate some unusual hollow so that they could be captured and used for research to find out why these changes were going on in such low level hollow.[/b]" Akira was still somewhat impressed that they'd managed to take it down, although it didn't look like it was done flawlessly.

Akira then spoke again "[b]Squad 12 wont be happy to hear about this, they wanted as many subjects as they could get. Let's hope the other groups manage to fulfil this mission to make up for your mistakes. Understand this...[/b]" Akira's eyes narrowed slightly as he began to exert a little of his spiritual pressure "[b]Your orders are orders, that's it. If you think that you cannot complete the order, then retreat. At no point was it an order for you two to engage this hollow, you're lucky to be alive...these things are said to be evolving and learning at rapid rates, they've even given some of the seated officers some trouble...If we believed you were capable of tackling these, that would of been the order given...next time...obey the order or if it's too much, then retreat...I'd rather not have fresh out the academy graduates dead so soon...a waste of potential if you ask me. Now...I want your written reports on my desk by tomorrow morning and as further punishment you two will have to clean the barracks floors and bathrooms...also...do 20 laps around the Seireitei, no breaks and grab me some cigarettes on the way back...out of your own pockets[/b]"

Akira then closed his eyes for a moment then opened them, exhaling a little before speaking "[b]You're both dismissed...unless you both have something you want to say?[/b]" 

Kurisa decided at this point it wasn't good to really argue their case, however he still felt they'd done the right thing...he didn't trust Squad 12, not after all the shady things he'd heard and read about them...who knows what the hell they'd do with these [i]subjects[/i]. Kurisa then bowed to his Captain, then turned to leave the office...both him and Kuroda both had a lot to do between now and tomorrow morning, it seemed like sleep probably wouldn't be an option
