Shard was prepared for the rush, what she wasn't was the sudden appearance of Dio. A lot of thoughts went through her head, but the most prominent was how weak the situation made her look. But to do anything about it now was just going to paint her a fool. All she could do was force a smile and be appreciative that he didn't seem to demand thanks for his actions. The Princess seemed all to determined to keep the group together, despite Dio's best attempts to leave. Shard was forced to acknowledge the woman as a worthwhile combatant due to her rather flashy way of getting peoples attention. As princess asked the group about her plan, Shard couldn't withhold her scoff as she asked what people thought of her recommendation. "I think your the type to phrase a demand as a question." She points at Dio for a moment. "You just tried to fry this guy for leaving, then ask if he wants to be a traveling companion? Not to mention I feel like the two of you trapped within a city of each other bodes poorly for all of us..." Shard clears her throat and crosses her arms. "But you have a point. You just really gotta work on your delivery...honestly." Shard looks over at the aggressive samurai type from earlier and questions the princess once more. "I don't have to worry about him killing me in my sleep do I? He seems a bit more aggressive than your average psychopath." In Shards mind, she had gathered KoRe to be the woman's attack dog.
