"Sure thing, [i]'New Kid',[/i]" Alex replied playfully, though she had only been here a week longer than him if the rumors were true.  She turned to lead him away to the on-campus restaurant.

"No worries, I didn't fall that bad," she assured him, but quickly added, "I don't mind paying for myself, this place isn't too pricey."

The one thing she absolutely loved about campus was how green it was.  There were plenty of trees around the brick pathways.  Many patches of flowers were planted as well bringing a welcomed pop of color to the campus.
