This sorta falls into the worldbuilding available for y'all to create. It'd be fair to say that most of the former Ops returned to their respective CTUs after the deactivation of Rainbow. Dunno who was KIA and who made it out, but if anyone has any specific backstory or plot ideas y'all wanna use I'm totally open to it.
