so when you find the font etc that you like you would generate it and click on the "embed" option. it'll give you 3 link options you're going to want to use the "BB code to embed image in forum post" --- since that's what this site uses.
- from there you come here, and just paste it. I like mine to be centered so i [center] fontmeme thingy here [/center]
and great way to see it is to go to my Rowan post in the IC and click on the "raw" button at the top right of the post and it'll show all the code and stuff used
