She/Her Age: 17 Birthday: June 10th Sexuality: “Don’t ask.” Personality : Iris is what someone in their 50s might call “weird” or “not right.” Putting aside the fact that she’s entirely uninterested in the opinions of most males she’s met, she also has a weird way of saying things. She’s the kind of person who would say “I don’t look at the future, I look sideways” instead of saying she’s happy with where she is. Iris, for all the odd energy she has surrounding her, is still a nice person, just not overly sweet and joyful. She’s got this atmosphere going on that could only be described as slow. Iris doesn’t move at the world’s pace, but at her own. People are safe around her, and she likes to make sure that doesn’t change, whether she has to do it magically or otherwise. Iris is easily described as just a chill girl, but she is not afraid to get in someone’s face and be aggressive, and she’s more than willing to give somebody a black eye when they cross the wrong lines. It’s rare to see Iris smile, but it doesn’t mean she isn’t in a good mood, she’s just off like that, at least, that’s how she’d put it. Appearance: A denim jacket, boots, and tank tops are at least half of the things this girl wears, and I it doesn’t set off the gaydars of some people, their gaydars are off. Her dark brown hair is slightly curly, and goes down to her waist in the back, and down to her shoulders in the front. And it is a mess. A big mess, which is why she always keeps most of it behind her head. Overall, she looks like she puts just a little bit of effort into her looks, but that’s just like her, unworried about appearances, unworried about impressing people. She also has a habit of drawing on her arms, stuff like clouds or random dots, when she’s bored. Biography: The Aderast family of witches were never very popular, never did any great and memorable thing to put them on the map. After all, if they did, Iris would actually know something about them. She grew up not having any memories of anyone with the name Aderast. She doesn’t know if she came from a family of just “ordinary” witches, or if she came from witches who were downright legendary. Either way, doesn’t matter to her, or never did. She had a family already. That family taught Iris everything she knew about ghosts, magic, and vampires, and everything in between. She grew up making magical tools to help others or herself, rings made of twine and glass that focus magic energy, or repel monsters. Bracelets that help you heal faster. She was good at that kind of thing. Magic and her non-blood family were all she ever knew. That’s all she ever needed in her life. It was simple. Notable Rumors: Given her newfound magic interests, some people think she’s studying necromancy. She isn’t, though. Greatest Fear: The thing that scares Iris the most is doing nothing. Things try to take hold of magic powers all the time, and the thought of not being able to stop that, being powerless, is terrifying. Magic:
Iris grew up specializing in creating magical “tools” usable in a variety of ways, she can use these things to help heal someone, or give them a boost to their magic. Need healing? She’s got jars full of healing plants. Need to get really strong? She’s got charms for punching things. These two things tend to go hand in hand, since they’re created in very similar ways. It also comes in handy with her new interest she found.

That’s just what she calls it, but lately Iris has been studying the idea of giving life to inanimate creations, binding sticks and branches together to make a human shape, and supplying that with magic energy. She calls them golems. She physically can’t make them as smart as a human, but she could make them smart enough to preform tasks, like a trained animal. The size of the constructs, or golems as she calls them, appears to be meaningless regarding magic energy. Their intelligence is what affects their strength. Something smart enough to do high school math might last a week or two unchecked, but something with the mind of a dog could last a month. It’s easy to make a golem’s body, just sticks and vines for bones, and a magic “heart” to power it.

It sounds way more sophisticated than it actually is, the name makes it sound like some kind of highly valuable secret book full of untold creatures, but it’s really just information about golemism that’s Iris records in the process. She’s never heard of anyone studying this kind of magic before, so she went in blind. The book is full of heart making methods, charm communication involving the golem, and the shape of some golems. It looks like a nice sketchbook that you’d find at Walmart. No lines on the pages. The inside flap has a set of “rules” Iris made out of anticipation. If any of the more authoritative witches were to feel concerned with Iris’ work. They could read this book and figure out what she’s up to. There are also other things in this book like less human shapes for golems, like cats or birds. 1) “Don’t use bones, that’s just mean.” 2) “Human intelligence is impossible, and probably dumb” 3) “Golems aren’t witches.”

Other: 9990bf
Here come dat bitch oh shit what up
I love Iris and I love that face claim! However, I have a couple issues with your character sheet. 1. Magic cannot create life from nothing. Creating life would require another life in exchange. She would basically have to murder some rats to achieve this. If you want to continue using 'golemism' as is, they wouldn't be alive, or sentient. They're objects that are essentially programmed to achieve certain tasks. 2. I'm very, very confused on your biography. It needs a lot more elaboration, and it needs to be cleared up quite a bit. Fix these and you'll be good to go. He's fairly lean and lightly muscled, not nearly to the extent that you'd notice it immediately or anything like that. His fiery ginger hair is carefully combed and preened into a style that looks neat, but not too neat, just the way he likes it. As with any ginger his skin is fairly pale, and he has a smattering of freckles around his nose and underneath his eyes. He has a long scar on his right ankle that he got when he fell out of a tree aged 12. Despite the formal way he presents his attitude, his general attire is pretty much what you'd expect for an average teenager. Hoodies and regular t-shirts along with jeans - his favourites being a pair of black ones which he wears all the time. He generally does prefer darker clothes, which contrast to his bright hair and pale skin. All this is of course not when he's donned in proper ritual magic robes. Personality: If there was a simple way of describing Charlie it would probably be "a bit pompous", but if Charlie was saying it, it'd be "rather pompous." That is to say, his mannerisms are quite formal and not at all casual enough for a person of his age. He rarely swears harshly if he can help it - he doesn't consider saying "bloody" a swear for the record, so he often abuses that word. This formality could potentially get irritating, but he can't exactly help it, and he has tried to tone it down in recent years after this has been relayed to him. This is because, despite the fact that he may sound audibly like someone who would be an arrogant elitist, Charlie does in fact have his moral compass pointed in the right direction. He's a loyal friend and companion who enjoys the company of others, and tries his best not to put anybody down intentionally, even though he can sometimes seem to do this without thinking due to his mannerisms. He's a bit of a fountain of useless information and is fond of spouting useless, occasionally interesting trivia and facts about a variety of subjects to people whether they really want to hear it or not. Maybe this is the wrong section for this, but it still needs to be addressed - his accent. He was raised in posh rural southern England for the first 11 years of his life, and then suddenly whisked away to Virginia. He's largely shed the extreme accent that he once had, but his voice is still vaguely noticeably British, and he still uses words and turns of phrases from back there. Perhaps in 10 more years he'll have shed all these as well, but for now he keeps them. Biography: Charlie's backstory isn't exactly the most straightforward. 18 years ago, a with from the UK was making an extremely brief visit to Virginia, where he ended up meeting a gorgeous redheaded woman who he ended up spending some...quality time with. He left to return to the UK a few nights later, none the wiser that said woman became pregnant. 9 months later Charlie was born, and it only took a few days for the new of his birth to reach the UK. A few days after that, Charlie's father and a couple of his family members visited Virginia, and after some discussion it was decided that he would have a better life back in a coven in the UK. Charlie's mother reluctantly agreed to this. So, Charlie spent the first 11 years of his life near a coven in rural Surrey in the South of England. He obviously attended Primary school with non-magical children first, as witch parents tend to do. Live growing up there was decidedly average, but everyone that Charlie grew up with was decidedly extrmely posh, as people from rural Surrey tend to be. So, Charlie picked up these mannerisms as well, like the sponge of information that young children are. The rolling hills of where he grew up were a very pretty place for a child to be raised, lots of woods and interesting stuff to explore with his friends - of which he made plenty, being a fairly extroverted young boy. Life was certainly smooth sailing. However, when he was 11, the unthinkable struck - Charlie's father had gone on the tail of a rogue werewolf, who managed to ambush him and land a killing blow. Charlie's father was dead instantly. The death of a witch was a fairly uncommon event anyway, but one who was still quite young and the father of a young boy was rarer still. Charlie was, obviously, devastated, as anyone would be in this situation. Some members of the coven convened and decided that being raised by the extended family of your father was not the most healthy way to be raised, and so, after some discussion it was decided that Charlie would be sent back to his mother in Virginia. Charlie was extremely nervous about this, but his mother welcomed him back with a loving embrace and open arms, and she soon made it clear that she was going to look after him as if she had been there for the last 11 years. He settled into the swing of things in America fairly quickly, the landscape of rural Virginia being perfectly suited to his enjoyment of exploration and the outdoors. After being quiet for a brief period at the beginning, he began to become more outgoing after a few months and made just as many friends as he had made back home, helped by the fact that his accent and mannerisms were a bit of a novelty. Over the years, of course, the novelty has worn down and his accent has gotten a bit more Americanised. At the moment, he awaits his initiation with the sort of interest and excitement typical of his personality. Notable Rumours: There was a rumour that Charlie is some sort of agent from a foreign coven here to destabilise this one and steal magical secrets, which is of course nonsense. Greatest Fear: Due to the circumstances of his father's death, anything to do with wolves, really. Their howls, and obviously just seeing one. Magic: Charlie's best form of magic is easily charms. Specfically, he's extremely adept at charms involving light - bright bursts of it, plunging a region into darkness, or stealing light from existing light sources with charms. He found this ability extremely interesting as a young kid and just honed it ever since. He's also pretty good at other more general types of charms, like making items float or blasting stuff away, or charms that impediment people, like ones that freeze people in their tracks. If it's magic that can be helped with the use of a chant, then he's usually pretty good at it. However, on the flipside, he's pretty terrible at potions. He was never good at maths, and so splitting up all the ingredients into their exact quantities and amounts often goes over his head, and he also just doesn't enjoy it. He's alright at healing magic, and hasn't tapped into elemental magic that much - but he's tried some earth elemental magic before that have all gone pretty well, so he's currently working on delving into this a lot more. Other: His surname is that of his father, which he has kept in his name out of respect. His mother's surname is Warner.

Charlie Weasley incoming lol. I like him a lot. Go ahead and pop him over.

Name: Cassandra Black Age: 18 Gender: Female Pronouns: She/her Birthday: October 31 Sexuality: Straight Appearance:
https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=Q%2fivL%2b%2f7&id=20774F40636B6744129075EDF3AAC8A950B52AD8&thid=OIP.Q_ivL-_7-PJWmz0lzsGuZwHaLH&mediaurl=http%3a%2f%2ftokyofashion.com%2fwp-content%2fuploads%2f2017%2f07%2fHarajuku-Goth-Fashion-Vivienne-Westwood-20170716DSC0329.jpg&exph=1500&expw=1000&q=goth+girl&simid=608000745612772908&selectedIndex=21
Cassandra is a natural platinum blonde, with chocolate brown eyes. She's a bit on the tall and willowy side, five foot eight and one hundred sixty pounds. She embraces the goth look, and has a lot of textured black dresses. Her palms are scarred from ritual bloodletting. Personality: Cassandra plays 'moody and depressed' to the hilt, but it's all a very good act. She might behave like that in public, but get her alone, and she lets her hair down somewhat. She has quite a smart mouth on her, and that can get her in trouble somewhat. That said, she also has a knack for getting out of said trouble as well. She's also a voracious reader, and can often be found in her room with a book. Bio: Cassandra's home life was... not the best. Her parents were always arguing, and her father was a bit too much into the booze. One night, after a truly epic bender, he crossed the line and struck her mother for the first time. In her rage and terror, Cassandra instinctively unleashed her magic for the first time, knocking her father down with a blast of force. That's when she knew she wasn't normal. The coven intervened, managing to get legal guardianship of Cassandra, teaching her to strengthen and control her powers. She made a few friends and did some small jobs for the coven, and now, she eagerly awaits full membership among the Sisters of the Dying Branch. Notable Rumors: Some in the coven have claimed that she's so good at curses that there might be some distant demonic blood in her veins. It's not true in the slightest, though. Fears: Cassandra is very claustrophobic. Inside the coven's walls, she knows she's safe, but otherwise, if she gets in tight spaces, she can easily have a panic attack. Magic: Expert in curses. Born on Halloween, a night when black magic runs wild, Cassandra has a talent for the Dark Arts. She can inflict all sorts of malevolent spells on her targets. However, her most powerful magics require ritual and prep time, meaning that in a straight fight, she has to rely on lesser hexes. Moderately skilled in enchanting. While nothing truly spectacular, Cassandra has made herself a small toolbox of magic items for both fun and function. Probably the most impressive is a dress that can change color, fabric, and cut with a thought. Terrible at astral projection. For whatever reason, separating her spirit from her body is a skill she struggles mightily with. It makes her poor at intelligence-gathering missions, as she can't use one of the most effective spying techniques witches have. Other: Cassandra has spent years looking for a familiar, but so far, the right one hasn't crossed her path.

I like your idea, but I have a couple issues. 1. The presentation of your sheet is not great. I would strongly prefer if you could give her a dialogue color, or at least pretty up the sheet.. I also would like it if you'd put your face claim in an image at the top of your sheet, not in a bing link in a hider within it. 2. I need some things specified in her biography. Namely, which of her parents was a witch? If neither was, was a grandparent a witch? Humans can't become witches spontaneously- it requires a strong blood connection. Once you fix these issues, she should be good to go!
