Magneto was refusing to leave despite repeated requests to do so. "Technically, as this is their wedding, they are allowed a say in who attends and, if asked to leave multiple times, refusing to do so grants them certain rights. So maybe just leave?" Allison wasn't a lawyer but law still stood for people. If Magneto continued to remain there was a basis for self-defense provided they didn't attack him first. Which, of course, they did. Sara knew it was coming. She stood by Neil who was growing concerned. "We defend our friends. Simple as that." Allison feared for the repercussions of this moment. They continued to be painted in a bad light. Was this Magneto's plan? Attend his child's wedding and play the role of doting father only to be driven out by his own child and his bride as they attacked him? Sara wouldn't let him have the satisfaction of ruining this night. She attempted to copy his powers, which resulted in lots of strain to get through, eventually, she managed it. She gripped the metal shards he had floating and attempted to bring them down. She was managing it, but Magneto was resisting hard. "If you walk out now then that will be the end of it, but I will not let you use those against us." Allison, meanwhile, used her telekinesis to throw up a shield, just in case. "Don't give him the satisfaction of a fight. That's what he wants. Imagine how it will look to the world that we attacked him first at his own child's wedding. Defend yourselves if you must, but don't let him win that battle." She looked over to the others, especially Guin. She had every right to be angry and to defend herself, but she threw the first punch, as it were. And she knew Pietro, he wouldn't stand idly by and let it happen. They just needed him to leave.
