Cont... Artemis could not help the warm, beaming smile that crept onto her face as Bright Light spoke; it was a nice surprise to hear somepony speak so. Releasing the breath she hadn’t been aware she was holding onto Artemis allowed herself to relax, posture falling back into casual, ears flicking backwards and the tension easing from her muscles. Even her mental state relaxed, the walls and barriers that had automatically been erected were falling once more as she allowed the easy smile back onto her face. “Thank you Bri.” In this small sentence she tried to pour the depth of her gratitude and relief into these small and seemingly insignificant words, she doubted any pony would understand just how much his acceptance and care free attitude meant to her. She gave a relieved laugh and a smile, “you don’t know how good it is to hear that.” Giving her mane and tail a freeing shake Artemis smiled and nodded in agreement to Bri’s words about making a new friend. “Well then shall we continue Bri, I am very interested to see the rest of this place. If it can managed to produce a pony who can battle the toughest storm, fly through lightning like it no more worrisome than a gentle tickle and for once to meet a pony who doesn’t become a floundering sycophant when they hear what who I am and what I do.” Trotting a few steps ahead, Artemis looked happy and expectantly at Bri, waiting for him to show her around the rest of the weather station and all of the wonders she was sure it held.
