You do know by playing Steve you don't need to make a separate sheet for Frank, right? He's a legacy. It's like the Batman player not needing to make a Catwoman sheet to do scenes from her POV. I mean I'm glad to see more info, regardless. Anyway, given this is attached to your Steve Rogers sheet I'll accept it prematurely and say you can get going with Frank.
