Ashte
Eugh... maybe she should try and treat gods like novice recruits? Just because you were stronger than the enemy, didn't mean you just pounded away at them until they crumpled! Feint a little! Find some weak spot to break through with that power! Well, a win was a win, even if it was a messy one... but they still weren't quite over the hill yet. Two more of those big-tube-men taking aim, and with everyone rushed in close they'd have to take the full force of the blast. Shoot them? No, this tube was empty of whatever ammunition it relied on, and Ashte didn't have time to go through the man's pockets; nor enough familiarity to replicate it entirely. She guessed it would have to be done the old-fashioned way, then? The two shields hovering suddenly melted away into an efficient, streamlined shape, little more than flanged, pointy golden poles hovering as if held drawn back in some invisible hand... then launched forwards with shocking force, each skewering one of the two remaining grenade-launcher foes. Not only did the javelins pierce through their chests but they also caught on the flanges and the force of the impact jerked them backwards, disrupting any further attempts to fire. Their last moments would likely be quite uncomfortable, the weight of the spears adding to the wounds. ... hmm, that was a problem; she only had the two weapons. Ashte would have to get closer and change them into something else if this didn't wrap up now.
