Well, I mean... it's not that hard when that character is already there and just... sitting around, twiddling her thumbs and doing nothing, lol. I like to reuse characters that don't have their potential realized. Unfortunately Lokea is one of them, but hopefully she'll get another shot in this RP should it come to be!

But yeah. Long story short with Lokea, she's a clone who was still in one of the Thorian pods that woke up after Shepard, she stuck around Zhu's Hope for a bit, moved to Nos Astra and fought as part of a paramilitary force against the reapers there. She helped with rebuilding, often fighting against pirates. Obviously her character is much more complex than that, but that's the long and short of it. I'll be sure to change some details to fit this RP though.
