Finally another antagonistic character! Interesting that you choose to put her in the FBI rather then the MRD/Mutant Response Division. I say that only because the MRD specailizes in mutant criminals, however the FBI has federal jurisidiction over all federal crimes.

The FBI now has global reach & jurisidiction in this RP since World War 3 in this RP & the USA taking over the world becoming the United Empire.

One thing I'll point out is your profile picture for Tori does not work, you should updat it to a working picture. Also if she's not a vigilante you can erase the "Vigilante" appearance section.

Question what is "mental invisbility" and she gained her powers from a mutant attack? Is she a mutant herself or a non mutant superhuman. Only asking because only non mutant superhumans can work in the government or any jobs at all. It's a crime to be a mutant in the RP, and the punishment for being a mutant is life in prison or execution if they refuse to be administered a dose of the mutant cure.

Finally I love Tori's code, aside from what I stated she's good to go. Address those concerns I brought up and transfer her to the character tab Meleck! :)
