and while not embodying the stereotype, Eretria has always considered herself to be a true Californian girl at heart. Brimming with confidence, and exuding independence, her parents never once discouraged her from making her own choices or following her own path. Instead choosing to cultivate and encourage such behavior in her from a young age, while gently guiding her along the way. Having grown into a beautiful young woman by the time she'd hit her teenage years, it was never hard for her to fit in, or make friends. Developing a love for photography - inadvertantly awakening a dream of travelling the world in the process - and finding a passion for cheerleading, it was during this time in her school career that she really began to find that perfect balance between work and fun, and soon enough, she'd developed a taste for partying. Though she remained determined to never let her social life interfere with her studies. It was towards the end of Junior High, however, that her life changed in an unexpected way. In his own experience, least with what Jaidyn had observed through the years; when you were the oldest, you seemed to develop an attitude towards life that simply screamed the words 'I don't give a fuck'. And if he knew anything, it was that his older brother, Brandon, was the epitome of this fact. Arrogant. Cocky. Aside from his best friend, he just didn't seem to care for the opinion of others; he did what he wanted, whenever he wanted, and damn the consequences. Daniel, having been born the youngest, was the clear favorite of the family. And hell, he was pretty sure that he knew it too. He was the responsible one. The complete opposite of their older brother. Even despite all that, in the eyes of their parents, there was no way he could do any wrong. When you're the middle child, however, you learn from watching your older sibling, and as an over-correction, you tend to became the people pleaser. The forgotten one. There's nothing special about being the kid stuck in the middle. The one who no one even seems to realize is suffering until it somehow makes its way into the nightly news. Yeah... that was him. But instead of aiming for the news, Jaidyn instead poured his focus into his music. Spiralling, and winding up having to take medication for depression at age fourteen when his older brother essentially took off- running away to the East Coast with his best friend, Erin Chase; it only served to give Jaidyn more fuel for the fire so to speak. And by the time he was sixteen years old, he'd found his way onto the screen. Making it past several rounds of the music competition show 'Boy Band' before ultimately being beaten out by one of the other contestants for the remaining spot. That was when he showed up... Surprised, to say the least, when his older brother came back into his life, seemingly out of the blue; it was then that he finally learnt the truth. The man who had raised them, wasn't their father. Well... not biologically anyway. And what was worse still, the situation didn't seem to apply to all three Murphy boys. No... their mother was a cheater. Weary, at first, to believe what he was being told; Jaidyn nevertheless agreed to go with his brother. Travelling across the country to the Long Island Sound where he was eventually reunited with an old friend, and welcomed in by others who seemed to call this Camp their home. Choosing to spend the remainder of the year getting to know his new friends, and learning about his new life and what it all meant; Jaidyn eventually said goodbye. Making the decision to return back to Long Beach at the end of summer in order to continue with high school. Though this time, things were different. He knew who he was- he knew who his father was.
