His idealized version of himself was quite different from how he actually looked, so while it was a surprise. does anyone expect to wake up in a new world looking nothing like they used to?  But She's quite happy with her new look.
She's a 25 year old Japanese Lady, with the thinner eyes, and long back hair, at 4' 10" she is a bit shorter then average. her tastes in clothes run to the cute side, weather it's work clothes with a cute theme or or a fancy dress she's always trying to dress up nice, also gets a miko after her meeting with the fox goddess and will also wear that on occasion too.
While she will make a fair amount of effort to try to find clothes she thinks are cute she's still going to keep the outfits practical  for what she's going to be using them for.
[u]Story:[/u]
They where in modern day Japan just before getting spirited away here, but they where only visiting from the USA. Very much the geek type and had a lot of technology biased hobbies, also is a bit of a history buff, and loves to learn new skills especially ones that have you doing something. Is not the most outgoing of people, but has strong convictions and will be very firm on things they think important. Also they do try to make an effort to meet new people when they can and once they are more comfortable around you will be a lot more talkative. does know about the Isekai troupe and so realizes that they somehow are now in that troupe, and that means they realize there is some grand adventure they must complete before they can get back to their world, and likely no one here will know of anything from there world. so their goal is now to find out what they can about the world they are now a part of and to find the start of the grand quest that they must complete to get to their real end goal.
[u]Strengths:[/u] They are an artificer, able to learn how not only to use but to build all sorts of contraptions even the ancient relics. Is also able to draw in power and direct it into her devices. so while she may not be able to attack directly, she can fuel something like a rail gun or a flamethrower and use that to attack her foes, or move things around with out having to find and carry fuel as well as ammo. Also has the the gift to interpret codes so She'd also be able to read any written text not in a magical cipher, her ability to write in the language depends on how much of it she's read, this ability doesn't extend to spoken language though.

Regret, and the Fox Goddess she meets before learning about Regret.  see's Yddrog as the main antagonist to all her goals. 
[u]Stake:[/u]
There are many, to name a few: a close knit group of friends, the ability to express herself as she wants, the ability to work on bigger ever more elaborate technological projects. To be able to travel and experience new cultures and new lore, the more different and complex the more she finds them fascinating. 
So She's here for the Journey, the friends she makes along the way, and the all the gadgets and skills she can pick up and play with.
