I have a new version of the character idea. Basically he would be a twist on the whole Changeling myth, where a human child is replaced with a monster to be raised by humans. But in this case the monster would be a [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dire_Wraith]Dire Wraith[/url], a shape shifting alien. The infant Wraith would be sent to Earth to grow up into a world leader, but something went wrong and he had no memory of being a Dire Wraith. He would be brought up in a home for super powered orphans, my character would be believed to be a mutant. He would then be adopted by Northstar and his husband, before training at Avengers Academy.

But if the Northstar adoption idea doesn’t work, I did come up with original parents for my character.
