The team had gotten a new member since their last mission. He seemed really familiar, but Zach couldn’t place exactly why…

Their mission was to observe an illegal trade between two rival gangs. What they were trading? Who knows… It was supposed to be recon only. But Zach had been on this team long enough to know that it never ended up being recon only. 

They arrived and hid around the perimeter to spy on the gangsters trading. But something went wrong, and soon guns were ablazing.

[color=darkviolet]“Dleif ecrof!”[/color] Zach shouted as a bubble of purple energy appeared around himself. It would do, but Zach wasn’t sure how long he could keep it up.

He had been paired with Talos, and honestly, Zach wasn’t complaining. He may have had a boyfriend, but he was far away in Taos. And Zach wasn’t going to complain about being partnered up with a different handsome guy. Even if he was almost like the worst parts of Viktor.

[color=darkviolet]“I know they said not to engage. But we’re not going to get anything done if these people keep shooting like this! You can take a bullet. Can you go down there and stop this madness?!”[/color] He said to his teammate while concentrating on keeping the forcefield up.
