I can't speak for anyone else, but I make mine in GIMP. I installed a bunch of custom fonts, typed out the names, added a drop shadow effect, and that's about it LOL. I don't remember the names of all the fonts, but Nightwing's name banner uses the Cyberpunk 2077 title font XD.
