[color=lightgray][list][*]Second daughter of Imran (FC: Afzal Khan) and Allison Qureshi (FC: Charisma Carpenter), her father immigrated to the US from Pakistan in 1990 and met her mother at a bakery before they settled down in Coral Gables, Florida, with her father building a successful chain of auto parts dealerships across the Southeast.
[*]Older sister Ayesha (FC: Rebecca Hazlewood) went to med school and became a doctor practicing in the Phoenix area, for a while
Kai was a straight-A student intent on following her sister's lead. She earned the nickname Kai-Q because she was a reliable cheat sheet for tests, although she knew valedictorian would be out of reach.
[*]Burned out in university after completing her undergrad and traveled with a friend to Morocco, igniting a desire to see more of the world beyond Florida.
[*]Held off med school and started a YouTube channel, "High Kai-Q Travel" offering tips and hidden gems that she flew to with the med school money at the start, and ad money once she hit it big.
[*]Is currently making six figures with her Youtube and TikTok revenue combined, and now lives in East Point, Georgia to be close to the Delta hub she uses as a base for her adventures.
[*]Was raised Muslim by her father and converted mother, but quickly decided she preferred an agnostic approach in university.
[*]Favorite destination so far has been Australia, specifically the Gold Coast for the chance to see the Great Barrier Reef while she can.
