[color=lightgray][list][*]The second child of Samuel ‘Sam’ Young (ranch owner) and his second wife, Georgia (Now a Congress woman for Flordia). The young couple met one day at the local rodeo and entered a rather secretive relationship. Georgia came from a family of lawyers, politicians and doctors - they didn’t want her getting knocked up by some hillbilly that was already married; But Georgia followed her own path in life, and now we have Avery. 
[*]Avery never got into the hard work that it took to run the ranch, but she loved to flirt with the ranch hands and help out with the horses. Most of the support that she gave to the ranch was in the kitchen, cooking away each night for her family and those who helped keep their livelihood running. 
[*]Born and raised in a small Texas town until her mothers career moved the family to Palm Beach the summer before her freshman year. 
[*]Avery was more well known in highschool than her brother. She made it a point to have a close group of friends, and do everything that she could to be valedictorian. However, the young woman ended up graduating third in her class. Avery spent most of her time at school participating on the women's basketball, cross country and track teams. She was also part of the debate team. Avery did her best to be cordial with everyone she ever met, but there was only a few people she could really consider ‘tolerable’. Always held a special spot for the stoners in her heart, seeing as she always preferred smoking over drinking anyway.  
[*]Avery was always aware that her last name was Young - not Price. She loved her father, her brother, and her small country style life - but she always longed and knew she was destined for more. The young woman always assumed that she would follow in her grandfather's political tracks, but after hearing his stories, decided that becoming a lawyer would be a better fit. 
[*]Went to Columbia University for her degree, where she did her best to remain in contact with her old friends. Avery continues to live in New York, but visits the family ranch as frequently as possible, while also trying to visit her father and mother in Palm Beach. 
[*]While her brother is the grounded one, Avery tends to be the more laid back of the two. She enjoys the simple things in life, and loves to travel. She’s spent some time in Italy, Greece, Australia, France, Rome, England, and Puerto Rico between court cases. One southern trait she hasn’t shaken is her love for gossip. 
[*]Was raised to be a strong, independent southern woman. 
[*]Speaks English, Spanish, French & Italian. 
[*]A good glass of cabernet is always welcome. 
[*]The love of her life is her hundred pound Cane Corso, Zeus.
