Former point guard and basketball star of Kings Academy, and later the Florida Gators. Family: His brother, Dalton Price, having received his degree in Business Management from Florida University - works in Corporate for one of the largest private aerospace and aviation companies in Florida, and the world. He's around this boat somewhere too. Mother is Tiff Price, and father, Drew Price are proud of BOTH their kids. Which is coded language for 'Kenny lost'. High School Experience: Kenny wasn't seen much. Despite being a star athlete at the school, his "athleticism" came down a lot to his shooting prowess. And that was no fluke. He was a gym rat, spending virtually every spare minute launching jumpshots. He was always a good player, and it was broad knowledge his talent would carry him well into college and most likely professional basketball. But it wasn't a sure thing, and Kenny had no intention on wasting time not doing everything he could to make his pro dreams happen. Comfortably passed the academic qualifiers for his athletic scholarship by graduating with a solid 2.8 GPA and 993 on his SATs. Life Leading Up To Reunion: Kenny received "free ride" letters to play for Florida, as well as renowned historic point guard factories Georgia Tech and Arizona University. He chose to stay close to home, and remained at Florida, studying Journalism and Communications with a minor in Business Management. His sophomore year his play saw him become an All-American and he started to make people's fringe lists for the NBA Draft for the following year. Then tragedy struck, he tore his ACL pre-season for his junior year. Red-shirted the season to recover, but his draft stock never would. His raw athleticism was never a strength, and he became even less athletic, even if the shot never waned. His redshirt senior year he managed to help steer the Gators through to the Elite Eight, but he was never on the radar for the Pros in the US. He instead decided to spend his time on other matters, focusing on college athletes player rights, and spoke publicly about the issue, began to lay down the foundation for what would become the renewed movement for NCAA v Alston after the unsuccessful O'Bannon case. Whilst his knee would prevent him from playing in the NBA, his efforts for player compensation saw him make many contacts and built relationships which would allow him to slide comfortably into the world of player management. And his journalism degree, combined with quality examples of engaging interviews saw him often become a secondary talking head on numerous sports shows. The Letter: Kenny received notification about the Reunion from his mother, having heard that Dalton was going, and asking him about it. His own letter not surviving the numerous change of addresses over recent years. He decided to attend, having moreorless acheived his dream in a roundabout way. He now has a career in sports, albeit more in the area of talking about them and getting other players paid. Now with an opportunity to go back, see somewhat familiar faces, and cut loose in a way he seldom did when he actually attended - the night of the Montverde Academy game being the rare exception.
