((Alright, she's up, though I feel like I should rework her moveset a bit. I was a bit sleep-deprived making this so let me know if there's anything technical that's off, and feel free to give suggestions on how she could sync better with the group!))
NAME: Nell Trooper AGE: 28 GENDER: Female APPEARANCE:

She is not wielding a mech suit. That's the external part of her endoskeleton. Her arms, legs, and skeletal structure were completely replaced with metal and magic, Now she's a more centered being, on the verge of perfect sync with her weapon. Though she would not necessarily call it an improvement. The rest of her torso is covered in lighter armor and polyester, barely tying the conflict between human and machine together. Her eyes are completely obscured by a light-resistant visor, packed with a communication system that links directly to her contacts. Her contractor's calls are automatically answered. She stands at 5'6", with the metal adding a foot to her total height. ATTRIBUTES: Mind = 4/10 Body = 2/10 Agility = 2/10 Craft = 0/10 Magic = 2/10 SOLARIS: Searing. Atomic. Laser. She told them that her body could not support this. They went ahead with it anyway. Now on her back is a collapsible engine converting her magic pool into plasma energy and an outlet for blinding devastation. A small footnote - Her visor was meant to protect her eyes from her lasers, but it also helps eliminate glare from other light sources. SKILL: LUX! - Solaris at maximum strength. With the high potential to pierce and melt this is her most powerful move, and as such her armor will break and she'll have to do a 60 or above endurance check or be incapacitated afterwards. Regardless she will be defenseless for the rest of the zone, and it will be two more zones before she can even think about using it again. It also takes 3 posts to charge properly, and collateral damage is highly likely. GO-TO MOVES/PASSIVES Lux Lite - A laser attack that ranges around half a city block. Usually takes a post to charge for heavier damage with a wider aoe, but can be used immediately for thinner bursts of light damage. Propulsion - Using the light cannon on her back, she's able to propel herself to at most 2/3rds a city block. Another application for Propulsion would be to focus on more evasive maneuvers rather than a straight jump, enhancing her nimbleness. However, due to how her arms are structured, the sudden jolts tend to break her composure. After crossing the maximum distance, she will be unable to act for one post. Blunt Trauma - An offshoot of Propulsion, where Nell will lock her arms to stimulate a spear and go on the offensive. It won't go nearly as far though and she will eat dirt if she misses. !Warning! - Her typical go-to for self-defense is to blind the attacker with a quick scope to the face, a harmless attack but one that would buy her time to zone out her opponent. But say if the opponent gets the jump on her and there isn't enough time to properly aim, she'd balance on her metal rods and kick the attacker back, hoping to knock them prone. The worst chance scenario is having to clumsily try to bonk the attacker on the head with her rods, which are meant more for blocking. Automated Repair - It's what it says on the tin. Her gear is usually capable of stabilizing her in critical moments, repairing at a sluggish rate, and reacting to non-dark magical healing, resulting in restored damaged parts and a Nell who doesn't need to know much about crafting. However, it is not a regenerative ability meant for combat, meaning it won't activate when she's preparing an attack and it won't outpace consecutive attacks. Sustainability - With giant stands for hands, it is very difficult to care for yourself. That is why her machinery siphons small increments of magic from her surroundings and converts it into nourishment, her need to eat or drink eliminated. Nell probably would have died if it wasn't for this support system, however, it still takes away a lot of joy from life. MAGIC BRANCH: Enhancement, though she doesn't know any standalone spells yet. Instead, it's facilitating the link between her and her magi-tech, mainly to fuel the engine on her back. BIO/FUN FACTS: (No actual paragraphs as of yet, but here's what I'm working with so far.) - A girl contacts a shady company/hospital for a life-changing surgery. They managed to misunderstand the assignment completely. Despite her attempts, she has no legal standing to actually sue them. Apparently due to a tiny clause in the terms of the services. - The girl gets into contract work to save up for another surgery. This time around her contractor wants treasure~. - Maybe Nell sees her predicament as an opportunity to do something about the injustices in the world, possibly cultivating a new meaning for normalcy or hoping to earn a reputation as a hero. - Big-brained, but encumbered. Calm, but not collected. May or may not be done with civilization, but she's still trying to be a good person anyway. - Theme Playlist: Cybernator OST
