Tell me what kind of character you would play in a game with Fazra! Don't worry about what story they might have, we can think of that later.

I can see a plot where a desperate, down on her luck ripper-doc finds E13, who is certainly valuable, but also sentient, bringing weird ethical dilemmas. 

A quick note, I'm not familiar with Shadowrun, so some of your terminology is different from what I know from Cyberpunk 2077.
