Although, fair warning, unvarnished telepathy is actually rather specifically not a thing in Worm. There's evidence that it could technically happen, but there's reasons it simply doesn't. So, you might want to consider a different powerset. On the other hand [i]empaths[/i] and memory reading/manipulation (specifically that, not telepathy of active, current thoughts) are definitely a thing multiple times over, so you could possibly build off that angle.
