[@Stern Algorithm] At this stage, probably set it as a generic danger sense where you know someone is in trouble but you don't know directions. Give it a vague kinda limitation on range too, or you'll have half your followers being unable to sleep at night because the other half are constantly sending danger pings due to adventuring in the Abyss.
