An old perverted sadist. Fuck yes [@Eviledd1984]! Sounds like a dope character. Love the hint at a war. Im sure in this universe there's been a bunch of tension between humans and mutants. 

Heres my only condition. Right now hes got 2 powers, which would definitely rank him as purple and seems just a little OP. Since [@EchoWolff] character already has something along the lines of shapeshifting, I think it would make a lot more sense to just lean into the telepathy. This would give you a better opportunity to really focus on this power, and bring out all the fun unique situations with it. This power also just seems to fit really well with the character.
