I have made a edit to the CS with some of the characters that have been submitted, I am willing to work with what you have presented, but please refer to this for future creations.

The type of characters this stroy would be looking for is people that would fit into the Teen Titans setting, not people who could be League contenders. Characters that could fill the role of the Titans alone wouldn't really fit into the "new team mentoring" frame work that this game will follow, like wise with characters not hero aligned being able to cause major shake up to criminal syndicates at play. I would like this to be a story that sees character grow into their potential as they find their way, instead of starting at the top of their game. Think of this like a lvl 2 adventure: you know that you can do, but you aren't sure how well you can do it all the time and don't have a perfect grasp on the extent of what you can accomplish.
