This is making me want to have a pool party with Cass - throwing her in would be fun. With some struggle, I manage to get back out and catch up to her real quick, throwing her over my shoulder like a sack of potatoes.

I look sidelong at Caden - hearing him described as the alpha is on par for him and I don’t mind it at all. I glance back at Avery when he asks if I want anything.
