So the "true-born" tok'ra are all pretty elderly as symbiotes go. But there are a number of symbiotes that consider themselves tok'ra that split from the Goa'uld. These can be all sorts of ages. (though typically quite a bit younger than the average egerian tok'ra, as repeated use of the Sarcophagus technology corrupts.
