Ginger white tea is amazing, though I have to admit it is the only white tea I have had. I drink many, many others though- my tea cabinet has three shelves and they are all full. For black teas, I love a good smokey Oolong, and I have imported Irish breakfast tea that is perfect in the mornings with a splash of cream and a sugar cube. For blacks though, my favourite will always be Darjeeling. It has such a wonderful, complex flavour that is delicious as is, or with cream and sugar. For greens, nothing will ever be as good as a properly made Sencha or Macha, but I do enjoy gunpowder green and jasmine green teas. If you like a robust, bitter green, I highly recommend a gunpowder type. When it comes to herbal teas, I actually make my own. I am fortunate enough to have a "new age" shop in a nearby city and they carry a good selection of bulk herbs. I make blends for colds, sore throats, headaches, fatigue and insomnia. I also make herbal steam baths which do wonders for your skin and sinuses.
