Jessalyn - woods - Floyd His anger was totally unexpected. She cowered as he started to yell at her, whimpered when he threw the food against a tree. She didn't know what she had to make him so angry but she wished he would stop. His words hurt more then anything. She almost wished he had slapped her then say the things he said. Was that what he thought of her? That she had... done that with a man because she felt lonely? She hadn't. She had been forced to in order to be safe. And now she carried proof of what had been demanded of her in order to survive. Did he think she was trying to... with him? Her face went white at the thought. Tears built in her eyes and rolled down her cheeks. Was this what he thought of her? He didn't even know her. Then more yelling. Walkers appeared. He pulled her up roughly and she winced as he fingers left a bruise on her arm. She nodded shakily when he ordered her back to the tracks and hurried away as quickly and as quietly as she could. She wrapped her arms around herself and let herself cry silently. Men were so harsh and violent. Why couldn't she just find one that would be kind? She longed for the kind of man she had read about in books, before the outbreak. One who would always be there. Reliable, strong, sturdy, good character, tough but gentle with her. It seemed that he talking made him angry.
