DM OOC #2

#1. Structured RP/Check. The Chaplain isn't interested in being your friend (right now) -30 to Fel UNLESS your Will is over 65, then -10. He is going to use Interrorgate and Intimidate on each of you. This is an Opposed Skill check. Chaplain S 80,WP 62. He is stoic, cryptic and knows catheisims from many Chapters.
The RP part- if you fail the checks, the Chaplain drags some doubt/shame/failure/dare-I-say-fear of yours. If you Failed your combat from last time....this is a good time to talk it out. If you pass, RP this how you see fit.

#2. Structured RP: Swear the Oath! Edit it to add you name, titles,rank, Chapter...throw some flair into it!

#3. Toughness Characteristic Check: Don't flinch! -10 if you failed combat. -10 if the Chaplain got under your skin.
After you are branded, everyone salutes you. Chest to heart, bowed head. Move on into the next room.

#4. Re-Arming: Power Armor, Wargear, oh my! If you have not completed your power armor history and wargear, do that now and update your CS. If you only have access to the Core book and are not using a character generator program, Arsefacetheugly is workin on a full power armor history list.
RP: tell us a story behind your armor. You may copy right out of the books or using the general theme of the story, create your own lore.

#5. RP: After getting your armour, grab your shit and get on the Thunderhawk. The order you post is the order you arrive/board. You know you are being deployed with your new Kill-Team to the ship, Righteous Indignation, to serve under Inquisitor Darkhour. Captains Kyros and McGarrack are being transferred with you to act as "liaison" between the inqusition and Kill-Team. Kyros is flying the Thunderhawk as usual his helm is on, doesn't speak to any of you at any point. McGarrack sits near the cockpit and is open to friendly banter now that you are real Deathwatch. He knows the same ammount of info as you do in regards to your deployment and is tight lipped on I for regarding the Inqusitor himself. He finds it "best not to gossip, lads, you never know who is listening..."
End your story strapping in, awaiting take-off, avoid talking to PCs at the moment (next post you can!) once aboard the Thunderhawk, equip and keep your helmets on.
