Shipyard "What the fuck is that!" screamed the fleet master. He was describing a massive black blob in the middle of the fleet. It was sucking in everything, air, light, ships...a black hole. Hundreds of ships began shifting away from the hole, trying to find a suitable position to retreat and continue fire. Then, a message from one of the pirates, their leader. Reyes opened the chanell to talk to the fleet master "You can't be serious.." he said. "Plans, Commander?" asked the fleet master. "Alright, get your wolverines to the closest planet in this system, they'll make an outpost there and wait for further information; no time to get them inside. Then, retreat back with whatever you have left, come back to the nearest fleet in this shipyard. Once you regroup, hold position and wait for us. First, however...launch 'em.." "Count, sir?" "Only five...Millimeters" Reyes said. The fleet master began to laugh, and did as told. Five small torpedoes, the size of a foot, were released from the fleet master's ship, a Kambune. Flying in with grace and speed, they swooped into the pirates. One of the torpedoes inched closer, finally just tipping the ship. Then...an enormous rupture engulfed the entire ship, and other ships around it. Four more swooped in other parts of the fleet, continuing a nonsensical rupture after rupture, flame after flame of explosions. The hell-fire continued for some time before calming down, but by then the fleet had already retreated back to another fleet in the shipyard. Any boarding ships left inside the pirate fleet had already been evacuated and sent off on..errands. Message to: Sarkazjhit Pirate Adversaries- We have thousands more of those, some much, much larger than what we pulled. We call them Gultra torpedoes, we're game, wanna test/waste anything else? Colony 257 Weird site, pods smashed onto the ground in some farmer's fields. They were awfully close to eachother, strange enough. The local farmer had called about the incident the other night, saying he saw meteors flying down, then some creatures walk on out of them. Dumb colonials, they don't know anything, these days. Luckily, the field had been shut off from public site. More luckily, no one dared coming to see what had happened (if they did, they would probably be arrested and killed for "crimes against the government"). The farmer nearby, was given a place in an inn by the local town, deep inside a valley. The town was called Tracy, wreaked with the smell of manure on some days, or grass on the other. This town, compared to most others in this colony, was quite well industrialized, anyone could get a job here, thankfully. "What happened here, lieutenant" said Commander Fro, a Bunta. Fro was old and wise, skilled in combat. He'd seen some dark places, possibly hell, or so that's what he tells his colleagues and family. Nevertheless, he always analyzed, always watched, and always listened. He was pure horror if we was young enough or combat. He'd probably be one of the best soldiers, if not the best soldiers, on the field. "Sir, eject pods..Earth Alliance specified" "Earth Alliance? What the hell are they doing here? Of all places." said the Commander. "Possibly from their civil conflict?" replied the Lieutenant. The Commander looked around, searching the site, anything out of the ordinary. From what he could pin point from the non-ordinary, whatever the crew was, they'd gone towards the small town inside the valley nearby. "Get to the town, er what's its name?" asked the Commander. "Tracy, sir" "Yeah yeah..get troops to that town, find the illegals.....and kill 'em" "Sir!" cried the lieutenant. He barked at a squad of soldiers, bunta, telling them to round up a barricade and head into town. Tracy The innkeeper woke up, laying beside his wife. The night before, she seemed to indulge herself heavily on the liquor they had. She usually does this under stress or trauma. The sun's rays beamed onto their bed, to which the wife complained to the man to cover it with the shades. When he got dressed in his usual satire (jeans, a white tank-top, and red t-shirt to match his black fur; dark domi) and walked into the hall. He looked to see what his employee, a young, hard-working, bright domi woman had made to sooth the stomachs of the people staying at the inn: Eggs from a raptofu, albin milk, some burnt toast with butter, Callus links and meat, and finally, a human style drink, orange juice. He looked around the room, noticing several people eating their foods like normal, good, no one knows, yet. He grabbed two plates, stacking a pile of food onto both, and then went over to the room of the draconian, abh, human, and whoever else. He knocked on the door "I got some food for you, if you want"
