As far as I'm aware, no Draconian was ever named in the Original Star Empires

As for present enemy, there doesn't appear to be yet, since the majority of hostiles are either destroyed (Draconians) Rendered non-dangerous (Darkness, though it was only really a threat to the Triarii) or are minor (Pirates)
