In the Sengoku Period of Feudal Japan, Ninja or Shinobi were the most feared of warriors next to the honorable Samurai, dealing with more covert tactics and operations such as espionage, infiltration, sabotage, and assassination. Hidden in the shadows or even the dark of the night, they could strike without a single warning and dispatch their targets with such speed and finesse to rival even the gods. Their training was harsh and often brutal, but it paid off in the end, honing a simple peasant from any village, any walk of life, into a lethal and efficient dealer of death. In the modern era of Japan however, the deadly and secretive art of Ninjutsu has been lost to the passages of time and sorely forgotten, or so it seemed….for in the mist shrouded mountains of the historic Iga province, a secret and prestigious school still teaches the youth of Japan to become Ninjas. It is the Jubei School of Ninjutsu. For hundreds of years, students from all across the continent and from all walks of life have flocked to this school to learn the secret and deadly art of the Shinobi. Several famous Ninjas have graduated from here, and now today is your chance to become one of them. Will you succeed in becoming the next famous Shinobi or will you fail miserably? That is soon to be discovered....

Welcome to the Jubei School of Ninjutsu!

So of course the idea I have here is a secret school that teaches Ninjutsu to students. I've been wanting to do an RP like this for quite a while, and I was wondering if anybody else would want in on it as well. There's going to be alot of action, maybe some romance, some comedy here and there to keep things lighthearted. Also I'm toying around with the idea of other secret Ninja schools existing as well to rival Jubei, maybe hold tournaments with them and whatnot or a secret war going between the two Ninja Clans who own the schools. Either way, you get the idea of where this may go. So any takers? ^_^
