He also runs the organization's hit operations, making sure people who need to be dealt with are dealt with, permanently. You get on the list by either having a contract on your head or getting on the organizations bad side. He controls the organizations private army which consists of thousands of hit men, thugs, thieves, and any other criminal you can think of. He has a very volatile temper and has been known to kill people for minor insults. He is also fiercely loyal to Jackson. Nicky is Jackson's best friend. Tony runs the organizations numerous illegal "businesses" such as drug and arms trading. He makes sure that everything is profitable, and if its not he makes it profitable. He is a cool and calculating person who won't hesitate to kill anyone who he thinks poses a threat. He's also very good friends with Jackson. Henry runs the legal businesses the organization controls. If a business becomes unprofitable he makes sure its taken care of, either burnt to the ground for insurance money, made profitable, or sold for a high price. He's quiet and calculating, often relying on Nicky to make sure everyone does what he says. Vincent handles the way the organization maintains its influence, buying loyalty from cops, government officials, and other people he finds useful. He is charismatic and smart, but won't hesitate to do what is necessary.
