Our Sanctum holdings are being checked now.. The Draconians are not the source we hoped, however. Wasn't Sanctum meant to be rich with advances? Our scans indicate non of the planets contain any of major value to us, though adapting their power cores will be good for energy transfer
On the Other hand, the device recovered is being used to fuel many advances
But one is extremely unethical and dangerous, I am sure it will be presented shortly. For the love of all that's good and free reject it, it is certainly effective but it could also be used by a rogue against his fellow Triarii and Collective species, and I am not sure this is what we want.

Sanctum 

The device before the Invictus was now surrounded by Asteroids and moons that the Collective had moved to it

There was a crash as the device expanded, producing a sort of spherical metal frame work and then used its gravity to pulled the objects towards its self, all of them colliding together to form a large rock around it, hit after hit after hit, making loud crashing noises. Finally, the device could not be seen, and in its place was a hunk of rock about the size of a planet
"Magnetic field reading functional... Stage one completed, heading to stage two"
There was a crashing sound, as massive metal tubes smashed through the rock and began to produce gases, spraying them up, producing a breathable atmosphere on it
"Stage two complete... Proceeding to stage three"
The Invictus moved closer to the new planet, and teleported small, room sized devices down, one attaching to every tube. After that, there the energy from the device was transferred as it created genetic matter, and then fired it out. Within an hour, the planet was filled with fledging fauna, its growth being forced. By two hours after that, there were creatures on the planet
