A transmission could be heard throughout the Equiis Pact, or by those who tuned into the right frequency
"We have made new friends with you all, so we like to announce something. We can give the gift that is magic to all of the Equiis Pact races, and we shall. We have made several changes to the Megaspell used to give magic to others, and we can give it to you all at once. May it shine within in all of you."
The megaspell triggered, its invisible magical wave going throughout the universe. The Equiis Pact races felt the gift of magic within them, and are excited to have it. The Equestrians have setup new academies across the Equiis Pact and the Pact Military has begun refitting ships and weapons to use magical weapons and magical substance weapons. The other nations of the Equiis Pact are doing the same thing, refitting one or two fleets at a time with the new weapons.

"We have finally developed our biomass conversion process, and have begun drawing up plans for True Synths. Plenty of the material is stacking up, and we also have begun heavy development onto the use of meld. While we already used it in great numbers for other Synths, we feel that if we find out more about it we can use it to further our Synth Development. We also have developed synth types for most races in the Equiis Pact from Intermediate to Exalted, with Exalted and Exacted synths receiving memory wipes. Luckily even with the volunteers only policy we still have a lot of people that are stepping up to be synthed."

"Even with almost nowhere to go on infusing people with Dark Energy we have still made some progress. Instead of just surviving a few minutes after the Dark Energy infusion the subject can survive for hours, we are still nowhere near figuring out how to actually make them live instead of die after the infusion and how to get them to use abilities but still its progress, and keeps the goddamned military official off my back about new developments. We tried infusing Synths but it seems to fail, we predict this is mainly because they already have heavy enhancements from cybernetics and genetics."
