Adam glances at the woman and blue-haired young man, amused at the latter's inability to hold his alcohol. His ability with profanity is not much to write home about either. The display is sad, yet amusing, and not nearly annoying enough to warrant kicking him out like that Los Betas moron. Impotently raging drunkards can make for good entertainment, especially drunk babbies who think they're men. 

He then goes back to drinking his vodka, hoping for some more amusement at the young man's expense.
