[b]Appearance:[/b] His body is slender but very muscular. That is all anyone can truly find out about his appearance besides his short, spiky, dull green hair. He always wears a white bowl shaped mask over his face, a white form fitting outfit that is like a see through mesh along the forearms and calves, and a supper baggy white top that has short sleeves and a turtleneck. If, for some reason his mask is removed, his face is still completely concealed within white cloth. With his power he can always have a mask appear underneath the mask the exact moment it's removed, stopping anyone from seeing his face.

[b]Personality:[/b] He conceals not only his body but also his voice, never talking (despite being able to?) so only uses extravagant hand gestures and other body language to communicate. He doesn't take things very serious and prefers crazy plans over logical ones, believing that all the fun is in the journey and not the destination. His only end goal is to take over the multiverse and he's leaving it quite open ended how he'll go about this, and is considering the possibility that it can't be done. However, things that might not be able to be done is what interests him the most to see if he can do it after all, so choosing the goal of taking over the entire multiverse was the highest thing he could think of testing the limits for. Pushing the limits is the happiest feeling possible for him, even if he's just a witness to such an event. That being said, he finds people who can defeat him as incredible, liking them rather than getting angry with them.

[b][u]Abilities[/u][/b]

[b]Physical Abilities-[/b] He can easily punch his way through brick walls, lift up to 20 tons, and run over 100 miles an hour. Although he cannot punch through thick steel, he can still dent it and bend thinner steel objects. He can react extremely quickly. His durability is that of steel.

[b]Combat Training-[/b] He trained himself in throwing knifes to strike with pinpoint accuracy. His most common fighting style is hand to hand, where he excels. He specializes in slippery, unpredictable movements to avoid the enemy while pummeling them with rapid yet powerful attacks from every angle.

[b][u]Powers[/u][/b]

[b]Reverberation-[/b] Sing named his own power even if it's not truly that accurate. It has the power to return anything filled with his energy to the state that it was in when his energy filled it, and what he views as the "state that it was in" is up to his interpretation. For example, he can return it to it's previous state in location (such as teleporting a chair back to the room it was in), the state of being within his possession (teleporting his knife back into his hand), or status (such as making a shattered mirror go back into one piece). Whenever his powers activate there's a white flash for a split second and then the effect takes place instantly. 

His energy can only flow through his own body and inanimate objects for his basic technique of simply touching objects to transfer energy. It doesn't require much but must completely fill what he wishes to effect, a process that requires 1 second per square foot of adequate energy concentration. His energy cannot flow inside his energy to reverberate itself, meaning that he cannot restore his energy back to it's previous state, meaning that he'd get tired from using too much energy eventually and would need to rest for hours to restore it. He can reverberate his own body back to full strength, just not his energy. At full magical energy he'd have enough to use his power on himself up to 8 times. It takes 10 times less energy to use his power on inanimate objects and uses more or less depending on size, the changes in energy use to scale. If he teleport himself, due to not being able to effect his own energy, his energy would leave his body and he'd be left with nothing, forcing him to recharge himself.

To use it on other life forms requires him to overwhelm their own energy, which doesn't only have to be magical in nature but can instead be willpower to push his energy back out of their body. Even if the person is willing, his energy still has trouble entering powerful life forms, taking longer to fill or not at all.
