Its a vague warning of that something is boiling up. Though I know the newer players might not be able to pick up any details up from it or will likely see some old members getting wary or grinning (so to speak), I am willing to say that you should watch the global events that will happen in the story. There will be here and there small secrets that will lead to the big event that will happen.
