Kito happily ate the doughnut, smiling at it's warmth and sweetness. As soon as he finished, he jumped out of his tree and glided around a bit before settling on top of a large rock spire, just taking in the beautiful, colorful scenery. Yeah, he was dreaming, and it was glorious. He turned around and noticed that there was actually a flat surface now on the other side of the spire, and when he looked back, it had become more of platform than a spire. Shrugging, he started walking to the other side of the platform, which apparently had a lake of some sort. As soon as he approached the lake, he could hear a voice whisper. He looked around for the source, but found nothing and returned his gaze to the lake. "Will you accept the calling?" He whipped around to see some sort of figure behind him. He knew he would never be able to describe it in detail if he was awake, but it wasn't much of a problem inside of a dream. He tilted his head to the side, somehow not really scared by its sudden appearance. "Um... Sure?" No! Bad! Why had he said that? He should at least ask the details before agreeing. "O-oh, wait! I want to know what I'm getting into first," he quickly added, hoping that it wasn't too late to find out and decide more clearly. The figure just smiled. "It's okay. You'll be fine." It pointed to the lake behind him and, like he always told himself not to do but did anyways, he looked. He felt something suddenly push him and he fell in the lake. He struggled to face the surface when all the water disappeared, leaving him to drop on a hard surface. Pushing himself off the ground, he wiped the damp hair out of his face and tried to get his bearings. He was in some sort of empty room, with only a single window letting in dim light. The sound of a door opening behind him reached his ears, but before he could turn around, he was grabbed and his eyes were covered. He felt himself being dragged down a set of stairs and through a few doors before being thrown in the back of some sort of vehicle, likely a van or a truck or something. He hit the floor with a thump and groaned as he rubbed the back of his head and sat up. The vehicle had started moving, but there were no windows to tell him where he was going. He tried to see if there was a way out, but eventually decided that even if he could get the door open, jumping out would probably kill him at this speed. Slumping against the wall, he closed his eyes and let the darkness swallow him.
