A) simple character development spars, people joing squads with a little plot development.
B) Right now it looks like a single Arrancar is trying to wreck shit up, but who knows.
C) Somewhat, for the most aprt yes, btu some are out of date, and no the other swuad (13 not counted it has one) have no Captain.
