Personality: A fearless adventurer by heart and marauder by birth, Evelyn is intelligent in a slightly cunning sort of way. She is rather perceptive which helps greatly with her navigation and her knack for poker. However, she hates when people, namely men, belittle her for being a female and has no qualms about giving them a bloody nose or even a bullet in their foot. History: Evelyn’s father was a pirate captain. A plundering, pillaging, buccaneering bandit of the sky. Her mother was his captive, a daughter of a famous navigator. It was her life in return for her fathers expertise. The pirate captain treated her like a prisoner yet she refused to show her fear and rebuked him every chance she got. It was her spitfire nature and porcelain skin which led to the loss of her most sacred thing. The captain couldn’t take her life and so settled with taking something else. Nine months later Evelyn was born. Unfortunately, her mother lost her life shortly after her daughters birth. It was with her last remaining breath that she named her child after ‘life’ and pleaded with her father to take the child and flee the ship. After navigating right into the heart of the stormy zone of the skies and sabotaging the engine, Evelyn’s grandfather took the single life craft and fled the ship while the captain and crew were busy taming the flames started by the broken engine. The last to be seen of the pirate craft was a plummeting silhouette in the clouds. New born Evelyn was taken to her grandfathers home town-ship where she stayed and grew up under the care and tutelage of a great navigator. Evelyn followed right in his footsteps and soon made a name for herself. She was told that a good navigator was worth his weight in gold, but Evelyn didn’t want gold, she wanted adventure. It was at a stop over at a floating bar called Sunlight, that she met Captain Marassa and became part of her crew. Everyday was an adventure. A life threatening, thrilling and often times shocking adventure, but Evelyn would have nothing less. That was now nearly five years ago.
